Internal training. We have created a central resource of inspirational and educational fiction and non-fiction based on employee recommendations and the recommendations of influential voices. These resources are discussed as part of a company-wide Win Diversity Forum, which gets together every month to discuss a book/film/documentary/podcast.
Volunteering. We offer staff two hours per month to volunteer for any charity supporting BIPOC, diversity or inclusivity-related causes.
Marketing. We are committed to improving BIPOC and LGBTQ+ representation across each of our brands’ marketing efforts to ensure we are creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for their communities, as well as encouraging greater diversity within each of their industries at large.
